Job Title: 行政主管
主要职责：
1、负责公司的接待、食堂、宿舍、环卫、车辆的日常管理工作，确保后勤保障得力；
2、负责建立和完善行政后勤管理的各项规章制度，并负责监督、执行与追踪；
3、负责行政部与其他部门间的协调工作，配合各部门做好各项服务工作；
4、外籍员工的管理（签证、工作及就业许可等证照办理，租房、子女入学等事宜）
5、负责公司的资产管理工作，包括水电管制，办公用品与劳保用品的管理；
6、负责公司应急救援机制的组织工作，处理好公司的各类突发性事件；
7、完成上级交办的其它工作任务。

要求：
1、大专以上学历，行政管理或其它管理类专业；
2、五年以上大型企业（外资尤佳）同类管理工作经验；
3、英语口语流利；
4、较强的沟通协调能力；
5、较强的工作责任心。
