Job Title: Supplier Quality Management Engineer
Report to: Quality Manager

Job Summary工作概要: Supplier quality assurance and capability improvement; assistant Quality Manger to finish QMS implementation and customer complaint solving 供应商质量保证及提升；协助质量经理完成质量
管理体系的实施以及解决客户投诉问题
Responsibilities岗位职责:
1) Usage and analysis of quality inspection data质量检验数据的使用和分析
2) New supplier selection and periodic review of old supplier参与新供应商的选择及老供应商的定期评审
3) Onsite purchasing process tracking of quality on important order重要采购订单过程质量的现场跟踪
4) Assist the Department Manager to handle quality exception and tracking of corrective and preventive actions
协助部门经理做好品质异常的处理及纠正预防措施的跟踪
5) Assisting Quality Managers to do the work of quality management system协助质量经理做好质量管理体系工作
6) Support Purchasing Dept. for new supplier development支持采购部做好新供应商开发
7) Finish other assigned work by Quality Manager 质量经理安排的其他工作

Requirement岗位要求:
1. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 知识、技能和能力要求
1) Familiar with the machining manufacture and processing techniques and assembly process
熟悉机械制造、加工及装配工艺
2) Practical in ISO9001 有参与推行ISO9001的实际工作经验
3) Familiar with the inspection of raw materials 熟悉原材料检验方法
4) Familiar with machinery industry related standards熟悉机械行业相关标准
5) Proficient in operating Office Software 熟练操作OFFICE软件
6) Good ability of analysis; Strong communication and coordination skills较好的分析能力；较强的沟通协调能力
7) Basic English communication in both oral and written, CET-4有一定的英文沟通能力(口语和书面)，大学英语四级
2. Education and Experience教育背景和工作经验

教育背景 Education Junior college in mechanical engineering or equivalent
机械类或相关专业大专学历 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

Qualification of Internal Auditors具有ISO9001内审员资质
