职位名称：行政专员

工作内容：

1、完成公司各类法律事务处理、法律风险规避、合同管理、法律意识宣传等法务管理工作；

2、起草和审核商务合同及其他相关法律文件；

3、参与起草、修订公司人事管理、财务管理、劳动用工、合同管理等规章制度、条例或法律性文书；

4、办理公司的商标注册、专利申请等与知识产权相关的法律事务；

5、处理日常劳动关系纠纷，为相关法律事务提供咨询与建议；

6、完成上级交待的其它工作。

任职要求：
1、全日大专或以上学历；
2、从事法务工作1-2年者优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
3、熟练掌握合同法、公司法、知识产权法、劳动法及人事相关制度；

4、具有良好的逻辑思维能力、分析能力以及沟通能力；
5、人品正直，有责任心，工作踏实、细致、认真、有条理；
6、熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备。
