Position Purpose

Maintain current retail and key accounts. Develop and administrate retail and key account market to achieve the sales and profit aim.
维护现有超市及重点客户,负责超市及重点客户市场拓展和管理以协助团队完成销售和利润目标。
Responsibilities

Retain existing retail and key accounts. Look for more business opportunities from potential and current accounts, and strengthen Ecolab’s penetration on existing retail and key accounts to achieve annual sales and profit budget.
维护现有超市及重点客户,寻求新老客户更多的销售机遇,增强艺康对现有超市及重点客户的渗透力,以完成年度销售及利润预算;
Strengthen partnership with existing retail and key accounts, creatively sale Ecolab’s products and services to the accounts. Identify their other needs which can be met by Ecolab.
巩固艺康与超市及重点客户的合作伙伴关系,创造性地向客户推销艺康产品及服务,识别艺康能满足客户的其它需求;
Understand the retail and key accounts’ needs and corporate culture, find how that impacts Ecolab. Effectively transmit accounts’ needs to the appropriate Ecolab personnel, Resolve problems between the corporate accounts and Ecolab.
理解超市及重点客户的需求及企业文化,了解这些信息将对艺康的生意产生何种影响,将客户的需求有效地与艺康相应人员进行沟通,解决客户与艺康间出现的问题;
Keep informed on retail and key accounts’ personnel and policy changes. Analyze the influence of the changes on Ecolab and deliver those information to relative employees in Ecolab.
了解超市及重点客户的公司政策及人员变动信息,分析这些信息带给艺康的影响,并将这些信息及时传达给艺康相应人员;
Effectively coordinate product application, blueprint trial, on-site survey, new branch launch, contract sign and implementation, equipment installation, urge payment for goods and etc..
有效协调产品使用、方案试用、现场调研、新开分店、合同签订及执行、价格调整、设备安装、货款催收等相关事宜;
“Seek excellence”, provide the highest standard of service to retail and key accounts, change service into product. Conduct quarterly and monthly service review to interpret corporate accounts of their requirements effectively. Actively assist other business teams of Ecolab in introducing Ecolab product and service to current accounts.
“追求卓越”,为超市及重点客户提供最高标准的服务,将“服务商品化”;通过季度、月度服务回顾及讲演有效地向集团客户解释他们的需求所在;积极协助艺康其它业务团队向现有客户进行推广;
Expand target account list, submit various management reports on time.
扩充目标客户清单,按时提交各类管理报告;
Establish, implement and develop sales strategy for retail and key account.
制定、推行、并发展超市及重点客户销售战略;
Negotiate profitable cooperation agreement with corporate account, ensure new agreement have no damage to the former price.
洽谈盈利的超市及重点客户合作协议。确保新协议不危害以往协议价格;
Provide trainings on how to give the retail and key accounts more effective service to sales staff.
为销售员工提供如何更有效地为超市及重点客户工作的培训;
Understand all available resource of Ecolab which can support retail and key accounts.
理解艺康可以用来支持超市及重点客户的资源;
Assist superior manager in providing special project, training and support to the retail and key accounts.
协助上级领导经理执行提供给超市及重点客户的特别项目、培训及支持。
Requirements
任职资格
Bachelor or above degree , major in food science, marketing, business administration will be preferred, MBA is a plus.
学士或以上学位,保健/食品科学、市场营销或工商管理专业优先考虑,MBA优先考虑;
3-5 years sales and account management experience in multinational corporation.
在销售及客户管理方面有3-5年以上跨国公司工作经验;
Determined to pursue for a successful and rewarding sales career.

Good team player, good at project management and interpersonal communication.
优秀的团队合作精神、具备出色的项目管理能力和沟通技巧;
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement corporate account sales programs.

Ability in making price and understanding the importance of price items in contract, basic ability in risk management and cost control.

Fluent written English, and excellent oral English communication, expression and negotiation skills,.
