We Offer

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the vendor performance and ensure vendor complete our orders timely
Monitor locations flow imbalance and place order timely for empty supply and evacuation.
Monitor longstanding containers and ensure first in first out policy be followed by depots/terminals/CCAs .
Ensure forecast is updated into Regionbox within deadline.
Execute positioning orders of ASIEQU
Communicate efficiently with commercial desk for equipment stock and supply plan
Offhire ctns according to GLBEQU guideline/target
Monitor GSC and ensure PO are created timely and correctly
Execute latest FLW guideline/instructions
Ensure there is no pending IR over 90 days
Coordinate and support GSC
Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner i.e. no later than 24 hours after receipt

Monitor oneway utilization and ensure oneways can be used as expected , no mis-routing.
Saturday & public holiday on duty per rotation is necessary

Who we are looking for
3 years or above operation working experience in equipment.
University education or its equivalent
Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
Good Microsoft office skills: Excel/word/PPT
Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
Experienced on container business/logistics
Able to analyse FLW related data
Set up or enhance FLW related SOP
Strong communication skills with different stake holders
Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and good team work
The ability to initiate, drive and follow-up on improvements and set targets.
The ability to identify new approaches to problem solving
