职位描述
1.营运点经理的主要职责是使我们的顾客满意
2.保证开餐时在服务及就餐区域，与顾客进行日常沟通
3.投诉：直接处理所有其职责范围内的投诉
4.按照客户要求的频率进行“顾客满意度调查”
5.根据“顾客满意度调查”结果，与重点客户运营总监一起制定“整改方案”并予以实施
6.管理好自己的团队，并帮助他们建立并发展服务精神，团队精神和进取精神
7.根据招聘、培训程序和授权，在人事团队的支持下，招聘本营运点员工
8.向重点客户运营总监建议营运点员工的加薪、升职、处分事宜
9. 根据重点客户运营总监制定的食品和人员成本指标，确保完成营运点财务目标
10. 发展并增加现有业务
11.为潜在客户（由业务发展部陪同）参观营运点的做好准备
12.确保与客户的日常沟通
13.管理营运点团队正确使用客户的设施和设备，就如何保养设施和设备给客户提出建议
14.在营运点执行索迪斯卫生与安全的要求
15.在所负责的营运点执行索迪斯质量标准
16.确保对索迪斯理念，核心价值观和道德准则的尊重，理解和应用
任职要求:
1.有大型食堂或餐饮管理经验4年以上。
2.有财务管理或成本控制经验
3.良好的沟通能力和团队领导能力。
4.有处理突发事情和以正确的步骤来避免或者把事情控制在最小影响范围内的能力。
5.必须持有有效的食品服务健康证
6.有良好的电脑操作技能，包括EXCEL、WORD和OUTLOOK 使用知识。
