PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Main purpose:

1.Support segment and regional sales for solution business development by providing technical proposals and segment know-how.

2.Develop technical documentation, cooperate and share results with team members.

3.Create competitive application offers in targeted industry applications in line with market requirements and sales approaches.

4.Promote application offers internally & externally and build success stories in solution projects with new applications

Secondary purposes

5.Maintain deliverables and keep improvement of key applications and documents

6.Transfer pre-sales technical proposals to project execution and solve critical issues

REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Convince end user: segment solutions presentation, influence specifications

2.Solution consulting: requirement investigation, technical proposal, bill of material and cost optimization

3.Key application creation: functional specifications definition, application demo creation, success stories

4.Applications offer promotion: quotation with new applications, sales tools,

5.Maintain deliverables: improvement of key applications and documents

6.Support execution: transfer knowledge, solve technical issues

SPECIFIC ISSUES: Such as work base, frequency of travelling, etc.

Located in Nanjing, Hangzhou or cities near Shanghai

Travel inside China (20%-40% time)

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Compulsory: Bachelor degree of automation (major)of University

Ideal: Master degree of automation (major)of University

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Strong process and application knowledge in metal segment

6+ years as project engineer in reputed engineering companies or engineering department, responsible for system design and engineering

2+ years as technical consultant for bidding, responsible for technical proposals and cost estimation

Experiences in process automation projects and energy efficiency projects

Ability to manage multiple priorities through sound planning and organizing

Ability to effectively communicate and engage with others

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Such as age, language, computer skills, etc.

Age: 28 to 35 years

Language: mandarin & fluent English

Strong PLC and DCS competence

Computer: standard tools + AutoCAD

Software: SCADA, MES, Database, .Net-based programming skills
