Responsibilities
工作内容
?Maintain retail account’s loyalty to Ecolab by 100% service coverage.
通过100％服务完成率维持超市客户对艺康品牌的忠诚度；
?Timely respond to emergent service requirements, supply excellent service to accounts. Submit signature records of each account visit. Provide account with cleanness consultation. Ensure cleanness effect of account by high standard of service.
及时处理紧急服务需求，为客户提供卓越服务。提交每次客户拜访的签名记录。为客户提供清洁顾问服务。通过高标准的服务以保证客户的清洁效果。
?Train and direct staff of accounts with correct usage of Ecolab product and equipment.
培训、指导客户的员工正确使用艺康产品及设备；
?Monitor district market trend (account requirement, competitor’s condition, price, etc.) expand target account list, timely submit various management reports.
监控区域内的市场动向（客户需求、竞争对手情况、价格情况等）；扩充目标客户清单，按时提交各类管理报告；
?Identify and handle equipment problems of account.
具备识别和处理客户处设备问题的能力；
?Arrange installation and debugging of product distributor and other equipment for the retail account, regularly examine and maintain their normal running.
负责客户超市产品分配器等设备的安装及调试，定期检查并保持设备的正常运转；
?Keep good communication with internal staff of company to coordinate sales and service relevant affairs.
与公司内部员工沟通以协调销售及服务相关事宜；
?Develop individual development plan under supervisor’s direction, review individual performance regularly to ensure good individual development.
在主管人员指导下指定个人发展计划，定期回顾自身绩效表现以确保良好的个人发展；
?Train other team members on the best practice of sales/ service.
就服务的最佳实践向其他团队成员提供培训。

Requirements
任职资格
?College or above degree, major in chemistry, hotel management, marketing, mechanical electronics, or relative field will be preferred.
大专或以上学历，化学、酒店管理、市场营销、机电等相关专业优先考虑；
?With experience in Ecolab relative industry, 3+ year sales experience in supermarket, hotel or F&B relative field will be preferred.
有艺康相关行业销售经验，有3年以上超市、酒店或餐饮相关服务行业销售工作经验者优先考虑；
?Good team player, good at project operation and interpersonal communication.
优秀的团队合作精神，项目运作能力及沟通能力；
?Basic skills in spoken and written English.
具备一定的英语书写及口头表达能力；
?Able to provide account with clean and disinfection consultation.
有能力为客户提供清洁消毒顾问服务；
?High degree of responsibility, good at resolving problems independently, planning and organization.
高度的责任心及独立解决问题的能力，优秀的计划组织能力。
