Client Background: our client is a French chemical plants with 3 factories in China. They have sales offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu.

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Plant Manager and follow the instructions
- Installation of small-scale investment projects
- Provide technical consulting services to the maintenance department
- Troubleshooting in the process
- Quality testing for the productions
- Lead the team to achieve the goal of ISO9001
- Maintain and exceed the standard settings
- Minimize the cost of the projects
- Ensure adequate staffing for the plant operation
- Employment, training and assessing the plant personnel
- Assist the security department of the hazardous/non-hazardous wastes sampling, classification, tracking, storage and transportation

Requirements:
- Engaged in all the phases of chemical process design and unit operations, including instrumentations, DCS control systems, pumps, piping, heat exchangers, column distillations, liquid reactors, the maintenance methods and procedures for all the common equipments
- Engaged in various stages of the project installation and cost control
- Well-known all details of the chemical equipments
- Have good speaking and writing skills
- Able to troubleshooting in the process
