一、Background
Schunk is a globally active technology group with headquarters in Giessen, Germany. Schunk is oriented toward the medium-sized business segment and is comprised of largely independent individual companies. The group is divided into four core areas, one of which one is the Schunk Sonosystems Division (SSO).
SSO is the market and inovation leader in ultrasonic metal welding.

二、Recruitment
Position： Sales Assistant /销售助理
Report to： SSO Sales Manager / SSO销售经理
Location: Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China (工作地：江苏省太仓市)

Responsibilities:
1.负责本部门日常事务工作；
Manage daily work at SSO Department.
2.协助销售人员完成销售推广计划；
Assist sales people to complete sales promotion plan.
3.协助销售人员输入、维护、汇总销售数据；
Assist sales people to input, update and summarize sales datas.
4.负责销售订单整理，合同的执行，并归档管理；
Sales orders organization, contract impliment and archive management.
5.内部收支、往来账核对等账目处理；
Handle accounting treatment of income and expenses, current account check, etc.
6.按要求协调SSO与关联方间的各项活动；
Coordinate the activities between related parties and SSO according to requirements.
7.协助本部门售后人员做好售后服务工作；
Assist service people to complete service work.
8.协助完成SSO材物料、成品的进出口；
Assist to complete Import and export of SSO materials and products.
9.协助处理和解决进出口业务中产生的问题；
Assist to deal with and solve the relevant problems of import and export.
10.完成部门经理或公司交办的其它工作。
Complete other works which are from Department Manager or company.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with Sales & Marketing, Economics Management, Mechanic or other related major;
2. More than 3 years work experience in sales assistance or related position, ideally in an international operation (order processing, finance, customs clearance, etc.).
3. Detail-oriented, careful, self-motivated, excellent communication skills and flexibility.
4. Excellent English in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
5. Good computer skills, especially in MS Office.
