岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Accountable for the overview of business demand for new projects and the supply of project resources in order to enable an effective project prioritization process;
2. Facilitates the GEMS project prioritization process;
3. Delivers a GEMS project pipeline to GPMO on a regular basis for prioritization with regard to other Shared Services projects;
4. Ensures that the projects develop the necessary estimates and commitments for the work to be performed and create a program or project plan that is driven by business expectations and decisions;
5. Reviews project accomplishments against documented estimates, commitments and plans, and controls the progress of projects against what has been planned in the project plan;
6. Schedules the knowledgeable resources on a rolling basis by allocating resources to projects and programs;
7. Forecasts project resource needs;
8. Informs GPMO about project portfolio planning on a regular basis;
9. Processes project (portfolio) information overview delivered by GPMO, deducts relevant insights for GEMS projects and takes action upon these insights.
　
岗位要求Requirements
1. BA/BA+
2. English (oral & written);
3. Prince2 Practitioner certified;
4. PMP certified;
5. Knowledge of the DSM businesses, global geographical spread and functional and geographical relations;
6. Needs to be very structured and precise.
7. Experience in ICT projects (as a project employee or PMO/PSO) > 5 years;
8. Experience in ICT projects as a project manager > 3 years;
9. Experience with MS Project (other project management tools are a pre) > 4 years.
