A famous elevator/ escalator manufacturer is looking for a quality director in Kunshan.

This role would be responsible for quality management and operation for escalator unit.

Key responsibilities include:
proactively contributing in line with objectives and quality strategy set by the quality and environmental board to the quality development and quality target setting
executing the decided plans together with the quality managers and business line managers
establishing operating budgets, monitoring the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of quality assurance activities
liaising with functional and operational area managers to develop schedules, project plans, and cost estimates

Key requirements include:
bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics, engineering, management or equivalent
over ten years quality management experience in an industrial production environment with at least five year leadership experience
knowledge of quality management system & tools, suppliers and stakeholders management
good understanding of lean manufacturing and six sigma principles
