Report to: Engineering Manager
Job Location: Suzhou

This company provides highly reliable and advanced fluid system components and specialised services.

Key Responsibilities:
? under direct supervision, conduct analysis to develop options or recommendations for processes, systems and components
? apply basic disciplined engineering techniques to solve technical
? support and assist lead engineers with the preparation of cost estimates and specifications
? involve in a team setting to assist in achieving results
? assist in the implementation, validation and support of new and existing processes
? interpret product requirements; support and develop processes through utilization of the basic process control methodologies
? provide analytical problem solving and process troubleshooting to identify root causes and eliminate problems
? responsible for project engineering to site engineering hand-off of process development and improvement projects; ensure these projects are successfully adopted and incorporated into the value stream
? contribute to the analysis of costs, capacity, equipment and productivity improvements
? ensure accurate manufacturing documentation and product costing, formally report on monthly progress

Key Requirements:
? a bachelor’s degree with major in technical field
? demonstrated abilities to work with employees who have various levels of technical background
? more than three years’ solid experience in entry-level developmental position
? CNC experience.
? demonstrated computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
? demonstrated abilities to work in and be challenged by a team-based environment
? capabilities of developing engineering competencies
? customer-focus attitude, integrity, approachability
? a team player
? self awareness, detail oriented
