Job Title: Operations Manager for MFS 运作经理-MFS
Reporting to: Plant Manager MFS 工厂经理
Location: China Changzhou city

Responsibilities职责:
l Support programs and facilities for the design and development of new or modified products which will enable the company to maintain or improve its competitive position in the industry.
l Ensure facilities for the manufacture of products at lowest manufacturing costs consistent with quality requirements
l Responsible to protect own health and safety by working in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures.
l Participate in reviewing the results of the internal quality audit with the auditor(s).
l Provide appropriate resources for the consistent and effective application and maintenance of the quality system, ISO14000 system and ISO 18000 system.
l Develop and maintain a sound plan of organization for the Metal forming Solution Changzhou (MFS CZ). Establish the duties and responsibilities for positions reporting directly to him/her and delegate to each responsibility and authority for the performance of their assigned functions.
l Ensure that the MFS CZ is staffed with competent personnel in all positions and that their abilities are identified, developed and utilized.
l Define and execute long term and short term plans to attain the business plan objectives (e.g.. KMIs, business targets)
l Ensure adequate recourses to support the business objectives.
l Other duties and responsibilities assigned by MFS plant Manager or his/her designate.
l Abide the code of professional ethics and be a team player.
l Accept the ISO14000 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure.
l Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.

Qualifications任职资格:
l Degree in Mechanical Engineering, heat-treatment, Metallurgy or equivalent.
l At least 9-12 years experience on operation/shop floor management (automotive preferred) for stamping products.
l Practical experience in metal forming, such as stamping, deep draw, coining, roll forming
l Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
l Must be able to relate / communicate well with people at all levels
l Must have good organizational skills, be a team player and an active listener
l Must be very familiar with Automotive Manufacturing Processes, Lean manufacturing, DFMEA, PFMEA, VA/VE, DOE, Practice Problem Solving(e.g.: 8D, RedX, Statistical analysis ) Continuous Improvement Techniques, JIT, working knowledge of OSHA, TS16949, ISO14001,ISO18000 Procedures
l Must be computer literate.
