岗位的任务和目的:
1.Proactive and self-dependent work on project purchasing of new product development until series production.
主动并独立地为，开展新产品零件的开发，直至项目进入量产
2.Support in new product development。Coordinate with involved engineering engineer in the process of new product development.
支持新产品开发过程，协调新产品开发过程中的零件开发工作
3. Negotiation and contract management ，RFQ and cost comparison as well as analysis.
谈判及合同管理，询价、比价以及价格分析
4.Support in quality related topics such as technical discussions, parts release, etc. Support and execution of supplier strategies.
支持与质量相关的课题，例如技术讨论、物料释放等。支持和执行供应商策略
5.Work with materials and marketing department， try hard to finish tasks on special orders.
与物料和市场部紧密合作，全力完成一些重要订单。新产品询价
6.Keep close relationship with suppliers to find better ways to improve quality, to reduce cost, to perform well on delivery, etc. Actively pay attention to raw material market situation, timely review material prices; continuously look for new suppliers for better and cheaper parts.
帮助供应商改善质量和交期。及时掌握原材料的市场行情并开发新的供应商以期达到降本。


岗位能力要求:
1. Scholarship: University degree (Bachelor) ，Major: Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
学历: 大学 （学士），专业: 机械工程或者商务管理
2. Work Experience: At least 2 years work experience in mechanical engineering or in industrial: engineering
工作经验：至少2年在机械工程或工业工程的工作背景
3. Skills and knowledge of purchasing processes, process competence as well as high quality awareness
技能：具备采购流程知识，工艺技能以及敏锐的质量意识
4. Good skills for self-organization and systematic work approach and negotiation skills
优秀的自我组织能力和系统性工作的方法及谈判技巧
5. Good command of English, both speaking and writing and communication skills
良好的英语口语和书写能力及交流技能；书面（PPT，基本英文了解）
6. Willingness of frequent travelling, around 30% of working time, return within one day.
可以经常出差；30%左右，江浙沪居多，当天来回。
7. Microsoft Office software skills
能够熟练操作办公软件工作细致、认真、保守公司秘密。
