CI ENGINEER

Report to: Production Director
Location : Wuxi

Key Responsibilities:
? lead and personally execute lean transformation projects and activities with tangible business results using proven lean methodologies and techniques
? creates and maintains a set of indicators to monitor the progress and sustainability of the lean activities
? support coaching, counseling and development of individuals
? conducting lean training sessions and development of key lean reporting metrics
? initiate and evaluate process optimization / improvement projects (kaizen)
? capable of leading and executing lean assessments at other factories, facilities, departments, processes and identify improvement opportunities
? improve operations efficiency including production layout, material flow etc.
? train all staff and workers of value stream with lean technology or concept
? participating in the development of managing tools to drive quality improvement based on accurate and proper data from specification and manufacturing process

Key Requirements:
? technical degree in mechanical engineering or industry engineering or equivalent
? technical competency in six sigma, lean manufacturing, and kaizen
? lean & six sigma exposure / training
? demonstrated project management skills
? proven practice on kaizen projects
? general knowledge of quality control concept
? ability to work in a cross-functional team environment, interacting effectively with multiple cultures
? computer literacy and analytical skills must be above average, including experience with Microsoft suite of products
? green belt certification (black belt is a plus)
? preferable basic English knowledge in oral or written
