One acclaimed foreign company is looking for an experienced planning manager to develop its business in China with an attractive salary packages and long term career development in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

? demand forecasting of finished goods and raw materials
? develop revenue and inventory profiles resulting from demand forecast
? effectively communicate requirements to ensure forward planning and visibility with all parties in the supply chain
? develop procedures in line with continuous improvement activities
? work with R&D and Project Managers to ensure New Product Introduction dates are reflected in the S&OP
? communicate with Project Managers in respect to New Product Introduction
? assist in the development of measurement reports and KPI’s across the supply chain
? weekly and Monthly reporting against KPI’s

Key Requirements:

? APICS qualifications or other relevant qualifications
? automotive industry and manufacturing environment experience
? intermediate to advanced ERP system and excel skills
? innovative and flexible approach to problem solving
? excellent communication and planning skills
? strongly outcome oriented and self motivated
? team management with leadership
