Responsibility:

A) Research & Strategic Analysis (Primary & Secondary)

1. Voice of the customer analysis / consumer insignt

2. Industry analysis: competitors' stategy, products, manufacturing; detergent suppliers; textile industry; regulation and standards.

3. Trend analysis: Mega trends, consumer trends, industry trends, design trends.

4. Secondary Project on Case Study, internal consulting, and collaborating with external agencies to conduct primary projects.

5. Sales and marketing analysis: sales channel development, digital media.

B) New Product Launch Management

1. Launch Strategy. By defining clear product value proposition, designing sophisticated working flow, powerful meaning creation, making sure integration and smoothness between product marketing and brand marketing.

2. Launch Process Management. Involved in product concepting, USP generation, marketing collaterals preparation etc.

C) Innovation Management

1. Conducting desktop research to identify the business opportunities and product innovation topics, collaboration closely with R&D to implement innovation projects.

Requirement:

1. This position is based in Naning.

2. Bachelor, or Master in Marketing, MBA highly desired.

3. Proven analytical capabilities and critical thinking.

4. Around 3-5 yrs working experience in MNCs or foreign invested companies from marketing driven industries, marketing research, brand or strategy consulting. (E.g.consumer electronics / fast moving consumer goods (Nestle, P&G, Sony, Nokia...))

5. Fluent in English and good communication skills, multi-culture perspective.

6. Good MS office skills, familiar with statistic tool preferred.

7. Broad knowledge backup in marketing and business.

8. A faster learner, responsible, self motivated, team spirit, result-oriented.

9. Willingness to business travel.
