职位描述
Main Responsibility
1. Facility Management:
a. Develop and optimize all facility management process, procedures to meet company's standard & compliance requirements.
b. Responsible for office space lay out management and optimization;
c. Responsible for the common areas of facilities management and maintenance, include the kitchen, reception area, meeting room, etc,
d. Cooperate with Purchasing and Finance department for furniture management;
e. Supervision of the office area cleanliness and sanitation work to ensure that employees have a clean office environment;
f. Provide office stationary distribution service for HQ department;
g. Support new program facility investment for project approval process
2. Safety Management
a. Cooperate with property management companies to ensure that electricity planning of office space and electricity facilities to comply with the relevant safety standards;
b. Develop and steward health & safety programs in the workplace including fire safety, coordination and training of fire marshals;
c. Visitor management and security work for HQ office to ensure an orderly office environment.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical / Mechanical engineering or related
2. At least 5 years' project management or facility management experience. Strong technical
background & experience with solid commercial negotiation capability.
3. Experienced with government regulation and requirements for project authorization and compliances.
4. Strong planning and organization skills, be able to work under pressure.
5. Analytical and computer-literate, with proven leadership skills.
6. Skilled in AutoCAD and other design software.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
8. Strong verbal/written communication skills in both Chinese and English
