Key Responsibilities:

? to work with the local management in all our different investments to further maximize our profitability
? to create standardized processes, enhance transparency in financial reporting capabilities and increasing efficiency through bench-marking best practices against each other on key performance indicators

Key Requirements:

? experienced energetic finance people with a passion to make a difference
? he/she should be a true team player with very good communication and people skills
? strong inter-personal, presentation and communication skills
? able to initiate actions, give direction and take responsibility
? able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
? university graduate or above in accounting or finance related discipline, a CPA is preferred
? at least five years’ after graduation experiences with two to three years gained as a manager in a CPA firm
? good knowledge in China GAAP and IFRS requirements; prior audit engagements in FMCG clients would be very positive add-ons
? excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent Mandarin is a must
