SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 具体职责和责任
1. Installs and services Martin products and/or operates belt cleaning equipment as assigned following standard work instructions and demonstrating safe work habits to ensure installation/belt cleaning is performed as efficiently and safely.
根据领导安排，在遵从标准作业指导及确保安全工作的情况下，安装和服务马丁的产品和/或皮带清洁，以确保安装/皮带清洁的高效，安全地运作。
2. Prioritizes tasks for completion and works with fellow workers to expeditiously complete assigned projects.
对于要完全的事情，能够自己安排优先重要顺序，能与同事尽快完成指定的工作项目。
3. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations particular to the working conditions.
保持工作区域和设备的清洁和整齐，针对不同的工作情况，遵循相应的安全法规。
4. Inspects work assignment and work area periodically and completely.
对于指派的工作及工作区域，能够做到定期地全面巡检。
5. Communicates project status to Application Engineer, fellow workers, and customers on an ongoing basis.
与应用工程师，同事和客户持续地进行项目沟通。
6. Performs building maintenance and cleans trucks, trailers, areas, tools, equipment, etc.
对楼宇进行维护并对卡车，拖车，工作区域，工具，设备等进行清洁工作。
7. Provides servicing support assignment for Air Cannon and Belt Cleaner after sales, travels to customer sites follow with the direction of Application Engineer.
根据应用工程师的安排，前往客户现场，对空气炮和皮带清洗的售后服务提供相应的服务支持工作。
8. Establishes individual and team goals, which are aligned with the company’s business strategies and objective.
建立与公司业务策略和目标相一致的个人及团队目标。
9. Functions as a contributing member of the department’s team and other teams, as assigned.
积极努力地为本部门及其他部门做出贡献。
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
完成分配的其他安装任务。

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE 教育、培训和经验要求
1. Vocational school diploma or equivalent. 中专/中技及以上学历。
2. Over one year in machinery Engineering related experience. 一年以上机械工程相关工作经验。
3. Welding certification preferred. 有焊工证者优先。
4. Working experience in coal mine, coal fire industry preferred. 有煤矿工作经验，煤火行业的优先。
