·The responsibility of the Project Manager comprises the autonomous supervision and coordination of all work within the project that is necessary to achieve the committed goals with respect to quality, time, function, and costs. Decisions to be taken must be dependent on their consequence agreed upon with Segment and the PMO Managers.
·The Project Manager is responsible for the compliance of the product to all national and international legal regulations as well as the compliance to corporate regulations.
·The function requires a close cooperation with all relevant departments of GTC, Imaging Systems as well as external partners, suppliers, service provider, research laboratories, etc.
Job Requirements & Skills

Education background
·Master's degree and above, major in engineering or business management.
Work experience
·Rich experiences in people management;
·Ten years or above related work experience in manufacturing organization, in medical systems is preferable;
·More functions working experience preferable.
Knowledge and skill:
·Project management theory / knowledge; be skilled in using related project management tools;
·knowledge of products and company related process;
·Company operation, especially related to project management;
·Regulatory like ISO13485, SFDA, FDA, CE etc ;
·Good English communication capability.
Key competency
·Process oriented, panoramic view of business;
·People management skills, such as coaching, training,

empowerment/delegation, feedback, motivation and team building etc;
·Analytical ability and decision making;
·Excellent interpersonal skills, like communicate, influential, and conflicts dealing etc,
·Ability to work with all levels of management
·Good presentation skills
