Job Purpose:
To be responsible for coordination, execution, control and completion of specific projects and ensure all the assigned projects are completed on time, within budget and with high quality.
Responsible for successfully planning, controlling and managing projects which require the commitment of significant skills and resources.
Coordinate and manage project teams that include product managers, developers, testers, info developers and configuration engineers.

Responsibilities:
Build up project team with support from function managers.
Get funding and approval from management for projects.
Develop solid project plan and communicate efficiently with key stakeholders.
Manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success.
Manage overall project risk/issue identification and mitigation process through interaction with project stakeholders.
Leverage various resources to ensure the project team to implement project requirements efficiently.

High level of expertise of project management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Depth knowledge of automation solution or software application.
Demonstrated success in simultaneously managing multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or above.
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in software, automation or application engineering.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
