Job Purpose
Responsible for solution design & integration of MES solution in Auto/Pharm/CPG industries. Potential to take customer face leadership role.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Successfully delivery of solution/products within agreed timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities
DO
As-is & To-be blueprint analysis
Participate in architecture design based on RA MES Package (AutoSUITE/PharmSUITE/CpgSUITE) & FTPC based products.
Support Design architecture if customization & integration needed
Guide and coach customer on solution design
Help PM control scope & schedule, especially for technical risk
Help PM control & manage 3rd party
Control the quality of engineering deliverables
Pre-sale support to sales team if necessary

w Expertise and knowledge in MES solution preferred
w Expertise and knowledge in Auto/Pharm/CPG MFG industry preferred
w Expertise and knowledge in architecture design using Java, J2EE preferred
w Strong communication and presentation skill.
w Have project management exp will be a plus

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

w Bachelor’s degree in MIS/Computer/Engineering related is requested. MES technical background is preferred.
w At least 3 ~5 year’s technical/consulting experience.
