Purpose of the Job
Ensure Budget cycle, Financial reporting, Cost control and Customers recharges for GFSS reporting unit

Finance Controller is a role in the organization of GFSSC, it is a part time job. The person who takes the role of finance controller will reports functionally to GFSSC Manager
Mission
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Help GFSSC Manager to prepare Budget cycle:
*Prepare GFSSC other overheads cost than personal costs (HC and personal costs budget is done by GFSSC Manager)
* Prepare total budget cost with required format from GFSS HQ and make comparison analysis with previous years costs
*Prepare transaction volumes for budget estimation
*Calculate GFSSC fees by Unit and make comparison analysis with previous years fees by unit
2. Ensure timely and good quality of Financial reporting of GFSSC RU
*AA, KA Teranga package : monthly, quarterly, yearly
*AB, KB Teranga package: once a year for budget reporting
3. Cost control:
*Check and Validate PR, PO and invoice
*SAP Actual monthly costs analysis compared with budget
*Write out analysis report
4. Customers recharges
* Ensure monthly GFSSC fees invoiced to each customer unit
* Ensure the cash collection of GFSSC fees

Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements
Minimum requirement: Bachelor degree preferably in Finance / Accounting
Experience
Above 2 years experience preferably in Multinational Company as a finance controller
