Job Description:

AP:
- Review employee reimbursement
- Monthly reimbursement payment
- Record supplier invoice and match PR,PO
- Responsible for rental payment (housing and car)
- Related closing work

AR:
- Responsible for the AR collection, Sales recognition /analysis, invoice issuing
- Review the sales data provided by controllers and issuing invoices;
- Take care of sales contract and invoice;
- Follow up the AR collection; Prepare the A/R aging and monitor outstanding receivable balances are not delinquent
- Report A/R status to controller, operations manager or director on a monthly basis.
- Prepare AR forecast
- Goods export information follow up
- Upload the intercompany reconciliation, and communicate with partners.
- Perform reporting schedules and analyze variances on a monthly basis
- Maintain proper record of accounting documents as guided
- Support supervisor on any ad hoc projects or reporting

The ideal candidate is:

A bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance
Accounting qualification certificate is a plus
Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English is required
SAP experience
