-职位描述：
-接听客户热线，解答客户售前售后问题
-按规则处理和分配客户资源；
-负责交易公司资质审核；
-负责业务数据的定期汇总、成表、分析；
-执行上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
- 大学专科及以上学历；
- 沟通能力强，普通话标准，口齿清晰；
- 对Excel表格熟练掌握，会运用常用公式函数如VLOOKUP和数据透视表
- 熟练操作MS-Office办公软件；
- 应变能力强，思维严密，工作细致，沉稳自信；
- 工作主动，有客户服务意识；
- 有一年以上相关经验者优先。
