职位描述
General Purpose:
To provide excellent employee service by effectively leading and managing all call center team members. This will be achieved through the effective use of resources, improving systems and processes and managing staff
Responsibilities:
1. Effectively drive the daily performance of direct reports ensuring KPI’s, SL and other targets are met and exceeded
2. Liaising with managers, team leaders, agents and third parties to gather information and resolve issues;
3. Maintaining up-to-date HR knowledge database;
4. Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance;
5. Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions;
6. Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the centre and preparing reports;
7. Handling escalated customer complaints or inquiries;
8. Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand;
9. Coaching, motivating and retaining staff
10. Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis;
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent
2. 3-5 years of related work experience in a Client Services or call center
3. 1-2 years of leadership or management experience
4. Strong customer service background: knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service (customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction)
5. Proven track record of success and work stability
Skills & Qualification
1. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster an environment that promotes personal development of direct reports
2. Excellent written/oral skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
3. Strong time management and organizational skills
4. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
5. Lead by example, 'Can do' attitude
