1.大专及以上学历，电子专业、3年以上电子产品工作经历
2.对电子硬件有一定了解，能看懂芯片基本工作原理，能看懂简单的电路原理图，熟练使用示波器、万用表、电烙铁等常规仪器设备，能快速发现硬件系统的错误所在；
3.善于维修不良硬件线路板；
4.熟练焊接各种元器件；有维修经验的优先考虑；
5、勤快、做事认真仔细，服从安排。
