任职资格：
1、大专或以上学历，年龄22-35岁，电子信息工程或相关专业毕业；
2、从事PCB layout两年以上经验，熟练运用PCB LAYOUT的相关软件：PADS2007、CAM350等软件，能快速准确制作元件封装；
3、掌握基本模拟、数字电路，能看懂电原理图；
4、对安规、可靠性、电磁兼容及ESD防护有一定经验
5、工作细心，负责，善于团队合作;良好的沟通能力。

岗位职责：
1.根据逻辑设计和结构设计要求，配合设计PCB版图，确保PCB的可靠性；
2.根据电路原理和结构，负责对PCB进行合理布局及指定部分的布线；
3.根据PCB文档制作PCB菲林、BOM、AI程序、SMD程序等资料；
4.协助硬件工程师进行PCB打样、试做与调试；协助解决板级电磁兼容及可靠性问题；
