Responsibilities

• Quality assurance and control for mass production parts.
• Support, review and approve production line gauge application and availability.
• Responsible for gauge calibration activities and GSM database maintain.
• Responsible for inspector training, media control, employee’s authorization activities and related documentation maintain.
• Accountable for supporting implementation BIQ (Built in Quality), analyze quality data and metrics to drive organizational improvements such as COPQ, RTY, FPY, PPM OTTR etc.
• Drive Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to prevent defects and track the follow up actions
• Chair of MRB meeting for non-conforming material disposition
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, APAC product lines customer quality focal points and OEM manufacturing to resolve quality related complaints.
• Support all aspects of Quality Assurance activities including Quality Training, Lean/Six Sigma activities for continuous improvement.
• Internal process and quality system audit
• Review project contractual documents to ensure compliance to customer requirements and CAAC/FAA/EASA regulatory requirements.
• Lead and participates in the project quality activities including development of Project Quality Plans
• Respond to requests related to quality issues and communicate the level of customer satisfaction (VOC)
• Identify and execute projects leading to standardization, simplifying and
• improving existing quality systems
• Utilize enablers such as Honeywell Operating Systems, lean/six sigma and VPD to identify best practices and drive continuous quality improvement throughout the organization
• Support and understand Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) program and philosophy

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering background with minimum 2 years working experience in Aerospace and its components manufacturing industry
• Knowledge and understanding of principles, practices, methods and tools for Quality Management of processes, people, product and services.
• Six Sigma Green Belt is a must or must achieve the skills within 12 months of hire / Must demonstrates the knowledge of FMEA, MSA, SPC
• Good computer skills with competency in using MS-Office suite and other software programs like Minitab as necessary
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
