Responsibilities

Responsible for production planning and scheduling, organization and coordination, ensure on-time delivery with quality and quantity assured. Responsible for the management of fixture tooling and mould.

负责生产计划安排、组织与调度，按质按量按时完成订单交货计划，负责生产工装、夹具、模具的管理

Keep good connection, discussion, support, coordination between each sections

负责各工段的联系、协商、配合、协调工作

Make sure quality and safety in production, and controlprocess documents.

负责生产质量、工艺文件与安全生产的管理

Supervise and monitor the execution status of principle and process requirement in every position, and improve employees’ sense of safety, quality and confidentiality.

检查、督促各个岗位对各项管理制度的落实、工艺文件的执行，加强员工的质量意识、安全意识、保密意识；

Complete others ad hoc assignments arranged by DGM.

完成主管副总安排的临时任务；

Requirements

Bachelor degree major in Materials or Machine;

本科以上学历，材料或机械类专业

5+ years relevant production management working experience;

5年以上相关生产管理经验

Familiar with all the process management of manufacturing enterprise;

熟悉生产型企业的整个流程管理；

Proficient with the production module of ERP system;

熟悉ERP系统在生产部门的应用；

Familiar with quality system, modern enterprise management and human resources management;

熟悉质量体系，现代企业管理、人力资源管理；

Good command of reading and writing English

英文读写良好

Good PC skill

熟练操作计算机

Senior Engineer Certificate

高级工程师认证

Good people management skills

良好的人员管理能力

Good conflict management skills

良好的冲突管理能力

Good interpersonal skills
