JD:
1.Machines installation/setup, Training for operation and programming, commissioning etc.
2.Basic Trouble shooting for machine problems under warranty or out of warranty at customers’ plants
3.Machine maintenance and relocation or support for trade fairs and other assigned tasks etc
4.Coordinating various relations with customers, sales colleagues or office support staff
5.Follow the service process and guideline and use correctly the service tools( sis mobile, SIS and other service tool provided by company)
6.Support to complete the other task assigned from the immediate supervisor per business requirement

JR:
1.Bachelor degree from university or AB from vocational colleges
2.Major in Electrical/ mechanical engineering, automation, material processing, optical or electronics.
Well educated on mechanical or electrical/automation control
3.Good English: speaking, reading and writing, English test CET 4/6, German is a plus
4.Team spirit, hardworking and frequent travels are requested for the job
