职位描述
-For our Infrastructure & Cities, we are looking for a Business Development Manager in Wuhan.
What's my responsibilities?
1. Target setting for Sales
- Define and split the target setting of MS in each region System & Solution sales and Product ( AIS OEM partner, GIS core part partner etc) in office level.
- Joint define target sharing among different region sales for cross region projects with Sales GM and RGM
2. Performance control of Sales
- Monitor the MS OI , project pipeline and Hit rate in each region with sales target MS related and work out action plan to keep the OI achievement to the direction of BTA.
- Monitor the work efficiency of sales for the cross region projects
3. Key projects definition
- Define and update the Key projects list with clear status map, promotion plan, competitor product and price analysis, must win strategy including technical fulfilment, price strategy, management impact etc
4. Implementation of BU topics into Sales
Implement the BU topics with sales related properly and transparency .
5. Price Strategy
- Review and confirm target price proposed by Sales for all key projects (local and overseas) before communicate with CoC.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.Good Technical background in Medium voltage and Low voltage system and solution
2.Develop the methodolgies, systematic and process
3.Advance communication technics and good in both Chinese /English
