应聘要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限，理工科专业优先。
2.有仪器设备进口或国外采购经验者、有处理商务合同经验者优先考虑
3. 形象良好，声音甜美，谈吐礼仪规范，办事沉稳、细心；主动，有条不紊，服从性高
4. 沟通能力强，执行能力强，服从管理，思路清晰。具备良好的服务意识，协调能力强；
5. 能够独立处理日常事务。
6. 英语要通过CET 4,熟练的英语阅读和沟通能力；
7. 熟练应用Office办公自动化处理软件；

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司前台接待及电话接转。
2. 收发传真，复印文档，收发信件、报刊、文件等
3.负责订购办公设备、办公用品，负责发放及记录等；
4. 预订火车票、飞机票等；
5.负责员工、区域部门月度报销的审核、税务申报等财务类工作；
6.负责员工考勤管理、统计、社保及部分人事工作；
7.负责销售团队的跟单，投标申请，标书制作，维修申请，开票申请等。
8.负责应收款的催收。
9.负责销售每月客户报备信息收集。
10.清关表的编制提交及到货后与客户的协调工作.
11.每月业绩汇总跟进。
12.配合处理其他与销售团队有关事宜的协调工作。
13.部门主管、OM、团队其他人员的办公支持。
