-English 90% (written and spoken).

-Production process. Molding, injection, preferred.
-Lead and encourage team to the meet the target.
-Couch team into higher level

Responsibility
？ Supplier selection.
？ Quotes analysis.
？ Develop short and long term cost reduction projects.
？ Presentation of the projects in the MSC and VA/VE.
？ New sourcing presentation in the Sourcing Committee.
？ Consolidate and rationalization of the supplier panel.
？ Issue purchase orders in the system.
？ Control QCD supplier performance.
？ Keep updated the purchasing system.
？ Monthly analysis and report of the PPI.
？ Feedback and coordination with the logistic planner.
？ Contract negotiations.
？ Continuous communication with the suppliers.
？ File, control and maintain the documentation generated.
？ Participate in the daily, weekly and monthly meeting of the department.
？ Comply with the quality and environment standards procedures and instructions (those applicable).
？ All those activities generated as a result of changes, requirements and/or improvement in the process of the applicable area.
？ Make sure the purchasing procedure is fully respected and followed.
？ Guarantee the material arriving plant without delay due to commercial.
？ Trouble shooting when there is a urgent issue happen link to material shortage.

Authority
Approve and sign contracts; schedule agreements and Purchase Order in ERP to be submitted to the Purchasing Director signature and final approval.
