职位描述
1. 主要职责：
职能一：组织、联络、管理、协调物流供应商，实现物流顺畅、及时、安全的目标。
职能二：全面统筹管理仓库工作，对各项具体工作监督，保障储运部正常、高效运转。
1）负责国际货代和国内物流公司的开发、管理、及评估，确保其提供的服务符合本公司的质量和环境健康安全要求。
2）负责货物的国内外运输、代理报关、报检、清关、跟单以及各种单据的填制，如运单、委托书等。
3）负责进出口货物的商检；
4）负责运费的核算、核对、统计及物流成本的分析与控制；
5）负责销售的产品及时、准确、安全的发出；
6）负责进口货物的报关、追进口报关单、进口货物增值税和关税的核对、月底运输发票的核对；
7）负责出口业务。包括与货代、报关行、客服的联系，制单、订仓、成品出货及跟踪货物状态，维护出口跟踪表，负责跟踪报关单付汇联并负责运费及相关保管费用的申请付款事宜；
8）负责物流方面的监控与协调，跟踪货运的情况，及时反馈信息给相关部门和人员，确保货物及时到达；
9）负责统计物流的OTD等指标
10）收集进出口货物报关的原始单据、商检证、许可证等，并进行整理存档。
11）与采购等部门配合，确保货物交接的准确性、及时性。
12）负责物流行业信息收集、分析和市场调研。
13）负责仓库整体日常工作的按排。
14）按照“及时、准确、规范、安全”的要求，加强仓储管理和运输管理的程序化和规范化，提高工作效率。
15）完善物流、仓库管理制度，并监督检查各项制度的执行情况，督促部门员工加强对仓库的管理。
16）对仓库实施6S管理，落实安全防范措施，做好防火、防盗、防爆工作；定期检查仓库的卫生清洁工作，保证库内清洁、整齐。
17）对库存物资数据的准确，账物相符负责。
18）负责定期检查仓库的各项考核指标，严格控制物流成本；
19）协助部门经理，对公司物流、供应链运作模式及物流配送网络进行规划和设计；
20）完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Responsibilities:
1.Organize, contact, manage and coordinate with logistic suppliers to meet the target of sooth, timely and safe logistic.
2. Manage the warehouse work generally, supervise detail works and ensure SC working regularly and efficiently.
1)In charge of development, management and evaluation of logistic companies overseas and domestic, ensure the service logistic companies provided can meet SOWH quality and EHS requirement.
2)In charge of goods transportation domestic and overseas, customs clearance, customs inspection, order supervisor and filling in of kinds of forms and receipts, such as shipment forms and letter of authorization.
3)In charge of inspection of goods imported and exported.
4)In charge of accounting, check and statistics of freight charge and analysis and control of logistic cost.
5)Ensure the goods to be shipped timely, exactly and safely.
6)In charge of customs clearance of imported goods and follow timely, and review of taxes related, and check of freight invoice.
7)In charge of exported goods, including the contact with shipping agent, customs broker, and customer, form filling in, warehouse booking, good shipping and following, maintain exported goods records and so on.
8)Supervise and control logistic, follow goods shipping status, feedback to related persons timely, ensure the goods can arrive on time.
9)OTD statistics.
10)Collect and archive related forms, such as original document, inspection certification, and license.
11)Work with purchasing department; ensure goods can be delivered timely and exactly.
12)Logistic market information collection, analysis and researching.
13)In charge of the general work of warehouse.
14)According to the requirement of timely, exactly, regularly and safety, reinforce management of warehouse and transportation to improve work efficiency.
15)Improve logistic and warehouse regulations, and supervision and checking implement of regulations.
16)6S implement of warehouse, and ensure safe and protection environment, check warehouse regularly and ensure a clean warehouse.
17)In charge of warehouse data exactly and account agree with goods.
18)Check ware assessment index regularly and control logistic cost strictly.
19)Assist department manager to plan and design logistic, supply chain operation model.
20)Other work arranged by leader.
