Equipment Engineer 设备工程师

RESPONSIBILITY:
职责:
1. Responsible for a good condition of production equipment/tool, ensure all regular and preventive maintenance to be performed actually on schedule, check and repair break down equipment.
负责工厂生产设备/工装治具运行状态良好，确保日常和预防性的设备维护切实按计划实施，对故障设备进行检查、维修
2. Make maintenance plan, criteria and procedure for production equipment, and organize to perform. Find out, diagnose and control abnormal equipment timely, reduce equipment downtime rate.
制订生产设备相应的维护计划，标准及程序，并组织实施。及时发现、诊断和控制生产的不良设备，降低设备停机率。
3. Responsible in preparation, installation and startup of NPT equipment. Documentation (translation) new equipment operation and instruction manual, and give training to technician.
负责NPT项目新设备的准备，安装调试及启用。文档化（中文化）新设备操作和使用指南并对技术员提供培训。
4. Continuous improvement for equipment and fixture/tool stability and optimization.
对设备和工装治具的稳定和优化进行持续改进。
5. Responsible for equipment technician and production technician skill training.
负责对设备技术员和生产技术员进行技能培训。
6. Contact with equipment manufacturers in order to troubleshooting and repair.
与设备制造商联系设备检修及维修事宜。

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
职位要求:
1. College or above, major in mechanical or electronics. Familiar with mechanical/electronic or electrical equipment, automatic control component.
机械或电子大专以上学历。熟悉机械/电子电气设备，自动化控制组件。
2. More than 3 years equipment maintenance, repair and preventive experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus capability of mechanical drawing (Auto CAD), ability to read electrical/electronic schematics.
具备机械制图能力(Auto CAD)，能读懂电气/电路图。
3. Good English verbal and written skills.
具有较好的英文能力。
