Improve production efficiency, monitor production cost, train new workers,
Set up and maintain the work instruction, process flow chart.
Line balance improve.
Line and work station set up.
Data collect and failure analysis.
Lead the improvement by project.
Operator training and qualify.
Rework process build
Requirement:
More than 5 years production process experience
MNC experience
Electronic or mechanical industry experience
Powder metallurgy industry experience will be plus
Fluent in English
Be good at communication, coordination
Honest, mature, team player
