Responsibilities

？ Discuss the recruitment requirements with clients

？ Search candidates for clients in various channels.

？ Collect and screen resumes according to job specifications and requirements

？ Interview candidates via telephone or face to face ways

？ Present the candidates’ reports to clients

？ Control the following process after presenting candidates to client, including arrange interviews, negotiate offer, on board follow up etc

？ Cooperate with internal customer service team after candidates’ on board

？ Assist or take full reasonability in business development

？ Visit clients to keep smooth cooperation or new business development

Requirements:

？ Education: Bachelor or above degrees

？ Good knowledge and experience in either of the following field, such as staffing, dispatch, outsourcing business; heading hunting, in house recruitment, business development or sales experience of HR service

？ 3 years working experience and above is preferred, less experienced candidates with high motivation and potential is also acceptable

？ Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills

？ Energetic, hard working, be able to work under pressure

？ Good English both oral and written
