Responsibility：
Training management ,set up training plan and follow training status ;

--Review and update employee transactions pertaining to new hires, routine salary administration, leaves of absence, promotions, transfers, terminations and other changes.
-Provide employee relations counseling, advice and guidance to management and employees on human resources and regulated matters to ensure company compliance with regulatory agencies and guide-lines.
-Counsel, advise and train management on performance-based issues including corrective action plans, terminations, and severance agreements.
-Investigate employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and rec-ommend appropriate action.
-Conduct exit interviews and coordinate outplacement services.
-Manage the annual Performance Review Process and Salary Review.
-Manage Employee Development process.
-Performs other duties and special projects as directed.

Requirements：
-Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business or related field.
-At least 5 year general HR management experience.
-Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills required.
-Good ability to handle conflicts, able to work under pressure.
-Good working knowledge and familiarity with human resources concepts, practices, procedures and employment laws required.
-Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training principles.
-Fluency in English.
