Main responsibility:

1. Support Plant Manager in all financial, treasury and taxation matters of the plant including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, write reports interpreting the results;
2. Develop internal control policy and procedure for the plant; perform and enhance internal control across the plant, ensure that the practices are compliant with corporate policy;
3. Ensure timely and accurate monthly management reports and weekly reports are in compliance with GAAP, statutory and group policies; work out action plan and follow up on the key issues;
4. Lead and develop a finance team to maintain an accurate, effective and efficient accounting/finance system;
5. Train and develop team member;
6. Supervise IT function.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters degree in Finance
2. 8 to 10 years of professional experience, according to the size of the site
3. Industrial controlling experience and strong accounting knowledge
4. Team management experience and a strong sense of teamwork
5. Business minded
6. Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
7. Be familiar with SAP system;
8. Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
