Summary
Manages operational and customer service activities of assigned accounts by performing the following duties.

Major Responsibility
1 Primary contact person for all communications pertaining to the assigned accounts.

2 Completes and submits all billing and direct product margin recognition information to appropriate management personnel to review and approve and then forwards to accounting personnel for proper billing.
3 Obtains forecast information from the account and communicates to appropriate management for planning, implementation and execution of tasks.
Provides guidance to the customer support department staff regarding questions, issues, report generation, order generation and account maintenance as relating to their assigned accounts.
Responsible for the total order management process of assigned accounts including, but not limited to, monitoring min/max levels, daily review of open order bang report and back order reports.
Directs and manages Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators in support of assigned accounts.
Manages and coordinates all inter-department activities for assigned accounts and monitors the progress of the activities.
Responsible for the development and implementation of all procedures and processes related to the assigned accounts.
4 Coordinate and facilitates quarterly business review meetings.
5 Prepares and submits internal reports according to established procedures and time frames.
6 Increase direct product margin volume via the promotion of IMM’s additional value-added services.

Job Qualifications
1 Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts from an accredited university (preferred, not required).
2 5-7 years of working experience in a position with related duties and responsibilities.
3 Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient with problem-solving. Details oriented. Good understanding of financials.
