Summary of Client 客户简介:
我们的客户是一家以生产高端时尚品牌手袋为主的私营企业。产品定位于国内一线皮具品牌,平均售价达数千元人民币。公司拥有自己的注册品牌,集设计、生产、营销为一体,产品主要面向国内市场,现逐步在国内主要大城市(包括北京、上海、成都、长沙、武汉、南京等)的知名百货建立专柜或开设专门店。


Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
直接上司: 销售总监


Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 负责公司华中、华南片区产品的整体市场营销策划、销售计划的制定与实施、销售区域的监控管理;
2. 收集营销信息,分析市场趋势,提供市场运作方向性的建议;
3. 负责组织制定片区各店铺的年度、月度计划,保证全面完成公司目标任务;
4. 负责搜集市场资料,进行深入的市场分析负责与经销商的沟通,新经销商关系的建立与资质评审。


Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. 营销、管理或相关专业,本科以上学历,曾接受过营销学、管理学、领导艺术、策划学、合同法、财务基本知识、谈判技巧等培训;
2. 5年以上在皮具、服装、鞋类、珠宝、时尚品行业的销售、整体市场战略、策划、市场综合营销管理经验;
3. 具备卓越的营销才能,极强的市场策划与运作能力,业绩杰出;能带领一个团队进行高效的市场拓展工作;
4. 有丰富的市场营销策划经验,能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴,十分熟悉本行业业务和各大服务厂商;
5. 具有出色的谈判能力和说服能力,熟悉各种商业活动,能够代表公司对外谈判并签订合作合同及协议。
