要 求:
- Diploma or above in business studies or equivalent (PRC)
- Knowledge of I/E and shipping practices
- Basic PC skills especially in handling data processing and word processing
- Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge in business and commercial field
- 1-2 years working experience, preferably in commercial and custom declaration field
本科学历,英语CET-4以上
1-2年货代、客服、单证、订单处理经验
职 责:
-Reviews enquiries and contracts to ensure that customers' requirements are well-understood and can be satisfied within company's ability and policy
- Verify the incoming and out coming VAT
- Performs order follow-up which includes order entry, acknowledgment and monitoring of delivery changes to ensure that customers' requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily
- Works closely with customers and related functional areas on delivery and payment arrangement to prevent unnecessary pile-up of stock
- Advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status
- Coordinates with business team or customer to arrange goods return and follow up on the issue of credit note after receiving inspection
