PURPOSE目的
Deliver qualified service to customers including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, installation and FCO. This position is very important to ensure long term customer satisfaction and loyalty, and is playing a very important role in the growth of customer service business and sales business.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS工作关系
a) 直接关系:直接汇报关系的上级职位: CS District Modality Manager
b) 对外关系(需要同哪些外部机构进行联系及其目的)
External Customer: Deliver daily service to customer and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support Function: Ensure the service process correct implementation
Sales Distributor: Cooperate with sales distributor in varied sales or marketing activities.
ASP: Cooperate with ASP as one team to provide qualified service to customer.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
·Own customer satisfaction & service quality KPIs for assigned account
·Provide service support to team members as required
·Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
·Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Installation and FCO
·Prepare and provide kinds of Service Report on an accurate and timely basis
·Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
·Support service sales to explore and develop business opportunities (IS FSE)
·Develop business in assigned account (UM FSE)
·Other tasks assigned by team & company
MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战
·Work professionally and effectively to maintain a high system up rate
·Communicate and work with service support engineer to raise VIPER case and solve difficult technical challenges
·Maintain and improve customer satisfaction to keep high CQCS
·Adopt team spirit to make sure whole team deliver same service quality
JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
a) Education学历:
·College, University Bachelor or above
·Advanced Electronics Certificate or equivalent in electrical engineering
b) Experience工作经验:
>3 years work experience on customer service in Healthcare industry
c) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
·Strong technical knowledge on Healthcare products
·Strong communication skill and Open mind to share with others
·Clear and logic thinking
·Ability to handle multi tasks
·Good execution skill
·Excellent English skill in reading, writing and speaking
·Willing to take responsibility ( 勇于承担责任)
·Self motivation and self management (明确的自我激励和自我管理能力)
