职位描述
IT Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the site IT team to provide day to day support to operation;
2. Plan for budgeting of all IT infrastructuring and equipments;
3. Establish system and procedure, according to enterprise standards, to support site IT operation;
4. Drive site performance by improving monthly metrics and ensure IT projects are delivered within preset timeframe;
5. Work with the management team in sites to understand customer and management requirements and expectation, formula IT strategy to fulfill the requirements;
6. Ensure various compliances requirements are met, e.g. SOX, software licenses;
7. Work with the rest of the IT manager to leverage IT resources among the SU region.
Requirements:
1. Min. 8 year experience in IT infra-structure and application systems support (SAP, MES,OA etc.);
2. 5 year experience in managerial position;
3. Experience in setting up new IT infrastructure preferred.
4. Good Eglish communication skills.
Work Location: Dongguan
