职位描述
Position: SEA Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Supplier Monitoring and Assessment;
2. Monitor and assess ongoing supplier compliance to Vendor Code of Conduct and all applicable legal and other requirements;
3. Evaluate and review supplier SEA progress improvements;
4. Drive supplier corrective action closure and sustainable solution implementation after audits and assessments;
5. Facilitate the development of corrective action plans with suppliers and confirm resolution of non-compliance in a timely manner;
6. Provide on-site and other support in monitoring outsourced auditor's performance and maintaining their competency;
7. Highlights patterns of factory non-compliance and discusses improvement proposals with SEA team;
8. Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external business partners. Shares information with Factory Managers regarding SEA compliance issues, update and educate as needed;
9. Assists with the implementation of training programs designed to educate internal and external business partners on compliance policies and procedures;
10. Participates on project team assignments and contributes to the development and implementation of departmental objectives.
Requirements:
1. Experienced in supply chain Social and Environmental compliance with a minimum of 4-6 years demonstrated strengths in working towards world class labor, health and safety and environmental practices and attainment of standards;
2. Highest ethical principles in dealing with corporate social and environmental issues;
3. Direct experience in labor, ethics, health, safety and environmental management, auditing or capability development work and understanding of related legal requirements;
4. Superior interpersonal and diplomatic skills for successful relationship-building and to effectively engage and influence others;
5. Proven facilitation and leadership experience to achieve win-win outcomes to advance solutions and solve problems;
6. Good knowledge in manufacturing and factory infrastructure;
7. Experience in SA8000, ISO14000, OHSAS, is a definite advantage;
8. Open mind, energetic self-starter, able to plan and perform the assigned work independently;
9. Good analytical capability, organized, professional, hands-on business minded attitude, and able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities;
10. Good communication and presentation skills (both English and Mandarin);
11. Effectively engage in cross-functional teams and with people at all levels of the organization;
12. Fluency in speaking and writing Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
