Responsibility:
1. Complete purchasing plan and organize implementation.
2. Be in charge of raw materials sourcing overseas, mainly deal with the copper, zinc and lead smelters and refineries.
3. Establishing and maintaining relationship with suppliers.
4. Negotiate the price terms and the contract terms.
5. Analyze industries, supply appropriate advice for company strategy.
Requirements:
1. Master or above, major in chemical, metallurgical, material science or similar. Minimum 5 years related experience.
2. Overseas study or work background, and excellent English skills.
3. Familiar with supplier market and market fluctuation.
4. A good working knowledge of global supply chain.
5. Good interpersonal skills, business sense and leadership ability.
6. Frequent business trips abroad.
