POSITION TITLE: (Senior) QA Engineer

REPORT TO : System Compliance Manager

DEPARTMENT: QA

LOCATION: Guangzhou

SUMMARY:

This job is to implement GMP system & Quality standards in the whole plant, and assuring availability of the Standards/SOPs/Quality Flashes to be transferred from Global Quality to plant successfully and implemented smoothly.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implement new standards in the plant, and coordinate the training if necessary.

2. Ensure product release procedure which complied with quality requirements.

3. Continues monitoring Quality Master Plan/ Plant KPIs / CI Projects and compiling to the report.

4. Watch close on product non-conformance incidents in the plant, document investigation report, deviation report, RCA & CAPA in position.

5. Monitor validation and change control initiatives in the plant.

6. Update the quality performance KPI and master the gaps and drive for improvement

7. Consumer & Customer Compliant

8. GMP training and program setting.

9. Internal/External audit (OSQ, mock recovery audit, FDA, ESM，etc.)

EDUCATION & / OR EXPERIENCE :

1. Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, food engineering, food science

2. Good communication skills: Presentation / Meeting Facilitating / English (spoken & writing)

3. Good Computer Skills

4. Fluent in English

5. More than 2 years quality compliance experience and relevant quality experience.
